Modern Slavery Statement

Our commitment to ethical operations, responsible partnerships, and preventing modern slavery throughout our business and supply chains.

1. Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by Poster Site Locations (“we”, “our”, “us”) to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings, and to ensuring that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our organisation or our supply chains.

2. Our Business

Poster Site Locations (Company number: 15502704) is based at 275 New North Road, London, England, N1 7AA.

We operate in the out-of-home advertising sector, working with property owners, landlords, and media operators to provide site solutions across the UK.

Although the risk of modern slavery in our sector is considered low, we remain committed to ensuring robust controls are in place to prevent exploitation in any part of our business operations.

3. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains include:

  • Property and land partners.
  • Media operators and advertising technology providers.
  • Contractors and consultants.
  • Professional service providers.

We recognise that risks can exist at multiple levels of the supply chain, particularly where third parties rely on subcontracted labour.

4. Policies and Procedures

We have implemented the following measures to prevent modern slavery:

  • A Modern Slavery Policy setting out our zero-tolerance approach.
  • A Supplier Code of Conduct requiring all partners to operate ethically and in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.
  • Contractual obligations ensuring suppliers commit to preventing modern slavery in their operations.
  • Reporting mechanisms allowing employees, suppliers, and partners to raise concerns confidentially.

5. Due Diligence and Risk Management

We conduct proportionate due diligence on suppliers and partners, focusing on:

  • Reviewing suppliers’ compliance with labour and human rights standards.
  • Assessing higher-risk areas in supply chains where subcontracted labour may be used.
  • Terminating relationships with suppliers who fail to meet our standards.

6. Training and Awareness

We promote awareness of modern slavery by:

  • Training relevant staff to identify the signs of forced labour and exploitation.
  • Raising awareness of how concerns can be reported.
  • Communicating our policy and expectations to suppliers.

7. Effectiveness and Performance Indicators

We monitor the effectiveness of our actions by:

  • Reviewing supplier compliance annually.
  • Monitoring concerns raised through our reporting channels.
  • Ensuring all new contracts include anti-slavery clauses.

8. Looking Ahead

We will continue to strengthen our approach by:

  • Expanding supplier audits and checks.
  • Providing updated training and awareness materials for employees.
  • Reviewing our policies annually to reflect best practice.
